Ordering Process

Design Selection

The customer provides design samples based on market demand, or we offer our best-selling designs for reference. (This step typically involves several rounds of confirmation: pattern → sample production → color adjustment → final pattern approval.)

Order Details

After the design is confirmed, the customer provides the quantity required for each size and pattern.

Proforma Invoice

We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) to the customer and provide an estimated shipping date.

Deposit

The customer remits a 30% deposit.

Production

Production begins (approximately 35 to 40 days).

Final Payment

We provide the Commercial Invoice (CI) and confirm the container loading date with the customer. The remaining 70% balance must be paid before loading.

    The customer provides product requirements including design, size, and quantity. (If the customer wishes to develop a new design, Step 1 from the initial development process will be repeated.)
  2. Proforma Invoice – Confirming the Deal
    We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and provide the estimated shipping date.
  3. Deposit – Your Production Priority Begins
    The customer remits a 30% deposit.
  4. Production – Reliable Quality, On Schedule
    Production starts and takes approximately 35 to 40 days.
  5. Pre-Shipment Confirmation – Let’s Set the Date
    We provide the Commercial Invoice (CI) and confirm the container loading date with the customer.
  6. Container Loading – Ready for Departure
    Container is loaded and prepared for export.
  7. Flexible Balance – Smooth Payment, Smooth Process
    We provide the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
    The customer pays the remaining 70% balance according to the CI.
    (While we encourage payment before loading, we remain flexible and do not enforce it.)
  8. Customs Documents – All Set for Final Delivery
    After export, we provide the necessary customs clearance documents to the customer.

  • Sample Type: Available for hand string samples.

  • Shipping Fees: The customer covers shipping costs.
